Safari Passes Acid3 Test

With all the buzz surrounding Google Chrome and its ability to pass the Acid 3 test I just wanted to show that Safari can accomplish this as well. Since both browsers are based on the same application framework Webkit it doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

What is Acid3?
Acid3 which is the third in a series of test pages written to help browser vendors ensure proper support for web standards in their products. Created by the Web Standards Project it has been the goal of many browser developers to get their products to pass the test. Webkit seems to have been the first.
